    Her style of instructing is perfect for a beginner, anyone suffering from/over coming injuries or for anyone who is advanced with their personal fitness goals. She is very adaptable and makes you feel very comfortable.

    After having a significant back injury from a car accident in August 2014 and then spine surgery in October 2015, Sammy has been an angel in helping me rebuild my core strength back up and helping me to manage my daily tension. I have noticed a MASSIVE difference in my back pain since attending the sessions.

    As someone who suffers from anxiety, stepping into the Ocean Pilates studio really put my mind at ease. Sammy has created a relaxing, friendly and welcoming environment. I really feel at home in her small semi private classes.
